Shipping and delivery estimates
The "shipping" time frame is an estimate of the time it takes for an item to be ready for shipment and shipped from our warehouse. The items on your order will be shipped when they are available.
If your product is in stock, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 to 7 days. Delivery will depend on your destination.
If your product is out of stock or has been booked, we will estimate the shipping date of the product before you place the order. If you choose to pay by credit card, we will not charge you until your order is ready to ship.

Free shipping on shopping carts worth more than $60 applies to orders fulfilled and shipped by Yungeshops, excluding bulk orders, gift exchanges, and oversized items. The discount applies to freight, excluding applicable duties and handling fees. The offer is subject to change without notice.
Undelivered packages
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, a full refund will be given, including shipping costs. To purchase goods that cannot be delivered, a new order must be placed. Before confirming your order, please make sure that your address is correct. If you buy a gift for someone else as a gift, it is best to notify him/her that it is about to be delivered to minimize the confusion that may lead to rejection of the package.
